As a kid I wanted to give the best gifts but being a kid, I didn't have access to a whole lot of money so I did the second best thing, I made cards. I loved the feeling I got by giving something hand-made and seeing the joy and happiness in their eyes when they opened the envelope. Now that I'm older I still love giving the gift of a hand-made card. There's just something about knowing that a gift was hand-made that can't be replaced with a store bought gift.
Along my journey of learning how to create thoughtful beautiful gifts I found that there weren't to many blogs on how to get started in making the cards. I learned by trial and error which lead to an empty pocket book and lots of supplies and tools that just sucked. And we all know how expensive card making can be, haha!
I started on this blog to help out those who are just starting out or want to learn something new. So here I am, typing out my first blog post because I don't want anyone else to throw away their hard earned money on supplies and tools that suck! I will only suggest products that I love and use everyday and offer alternative for the budget conscious! Know that I will never suggest or review a product that I will not personally recommend or like.
So I invite you to join me on this journey of learning and we can share our ideas and create something beautiful... TOGETHER.
